Computer Desktop PCs

I’m going to be moving one of my desktop PCs out of my office, so I won’t be able to reach it with an Ethernet cable. I think my best option is going to be to put a wireless modem in it.

As far as I know it doesn’t have one already. Anyhow, I’m looking at my best option for this. I use a Linksys router and my laptop works really well. The router itself is an accelerated router, so I guess a faster one would work.

Is it possible to get one that will just plug into the tower rather than having to install it. I know like on an old laptop you can just put it in the PC card slot, I didn’t know if this was possible for a desktop as well.
