You’ll need to purchase some wireless network adapters for those PCs. They are relatively cheap and most of them plug right into a USB port.

I’d suggest trying one USB adapter, with the understanding that you can bring it back and exchange it (and some additional cash) for an internal adapter card. The USB adapters have limited range and might not work in your particular situation.

Well, you basically answered your own question. You need some way to give them wireless capability. The two easiest ways of doing this are either:
    A) Buying and installing a wireless card
    or
    B) Buying an external wireless adapter

The latter option is a vastly more economic choice. I’ve got some 54Mbps 802.11b/g USB wireless adapters that I bought for 99 cents (USD) and they have never failed me. There are, of course, different levels of quality to choose from, but even the cheapest USB wireless adapters should do the trick. Just make sure that the wireless network is not broadcasting on 802.11n. If it is, you will need an 802.11n capable wireless card or adapter. These will be a bit more expensive.
