Connecting to other pcs useing Remote Desktop Connection?

How can I login to a PC that has no password required becuase when I try to login with no password it say’s Unable to log you in becuase of an acount restriction why? and What kind of password shold I use to help me login, Can you please help me me please?

1) First of all, remote desktop will not let you connect at all if you don’t have a password configured with the username. Create a password for that account.
2) That account will either need to be in the Administrators or Remote Desktop Users group.
