PostHeaderIcon is there a real “universal” recovery/startup disc for emachine desktop PCs?

desktop pcs
grotto3b asked:

I feel stupid. I bought a used emachine sold on ebay with no O/S, assuming that the old discs from my emachine that had died would work, which they did not , which was probably why it got dumped on ebay to begin with. Is there such a thing? I have seen them advertised. I’m not an Emachine fan so please don’t bomb me with that again. I’m just trying to “recover”and already looking at new PCs.

PostHeaderIcon How can I use one single keyboard and mouse for two PCs?

desktop pcs
Sean A asked:

I have a desktop at home and a notebook for work that I’d like to be able to quickly and conveniently hook up to my monitor, keyboard and mouse. The monitor I know how to, but I’d like to be able to quickly use my input devices with either computer without having to unplug/plug the keyboard and the mouse back and forth.
Any gadget expert got an idea?

desktop pcs
starfire asked:

I know the Desktop would have to be bluetooth capable but other than that would it work? The package states Exclusively for Bluetooth Notebook PCs. This was a Christmas gift and I don’t want to open it if it will not work.
