is there a real “universal” recovery/startup disc for emachine desktop PCs?

who cares ?!? those things are so crappy they arent even worth restoring – let this be alesson to you next time you think youre being brilliant and getting something that looks “like a good deal”
you get what you pay for – and you paid for junk…you have junk – still seem like a good deal ?
