Do you think in the near future people will have Tablet PCs instead laptops and desktops PCs?

As far as I know, Tablet PC is like a laptop but with other flexible features but I do not see many people with Table PCs and I do not see that is sold as well as the laptops.
Do you know why in particular?
Does it need more time to start to see people buying tablet PCs? do they have any disadvantage that makes table PC be less sold?

How to connect 2 WinXP PCs (desktop & laptop) via Cat 5 crossover cable to transfer files?

Are there laptops or desktop pcs that have internal tv tuner cards built in?

Anyone know how I can fix my PCs desktop background?
